Summary

The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (part-time) is a degree designed for working professionals and apprentices at Hagen campus. The curriculum comprises approximately 70% self-study through structured learning materials and e-learning and with 30% on-campus interactive sessions, typically held every second Saturday and occasional workshops during the semester.

Students study core subjects such as business administration, law, IT, mathematics and Business English. From the 6th semester, they choose one of three specialisations: Operations Management, Marketing and Sales or Business Law. The programme concludes with a Bachelor’s thesis and an oral defence.

Graduates are well-equipped for management and specialist roles in the private and public sectors, consulting or as future leaders, combining academic knowledge with work experience.
