Summary

The application-oriented part-time Business Law is aimed at employees working in industry, economics and administration, who wish to acquire the economic law expertise and skills necessary for the successful advancement of their career. The course is aimed at employees who want to qualify and distinguish themselves for their further professional progress in the fields of economic law – especially in fields with strong legal elements such as legal and HR departments, in administrative departments and especially in the fields of auditing and tax consultancy.

In addition to legal studies, the necessary basics for the legal assessment of economic questions are also taught. The IT units cover both theoretical and practical use of computers. Business English, communication and cooperation as well as the techniques of academic work are additional focuses.

The part-time course is a university qualification which can be completed at the same time as working or completing vocational training. In addition to self-study phases, which form approx. 70% of the course, there are also regular on-site learning phases where presence is required, which currently amount to approx. 30%.
