Online Application
Upload of Documents

General information on the upload of documents

After completing the online enrolment, you will be asked to upload documents.

Only after you have successfully completed the online enrolment (your application status will then be: "Enrolment applied for"), confirmed the correctness of your information after the document upload and saved this, the university will verify your documents.

Function of the document upload

Once you have used the document upload link, an overlay will open. Select from your files and click on "Upload". Then confirm that the information is correct by ticking the box and click on "Save". Only then the application for enrolment will be processed by the South Westphalia University of Applied Sciences. Please note that processing will take some time and, if necessary, documents may also be requested afterwards via the online portal.

Important note:
Please only confirm the correctness of your information when you have uploaded all documents required for enrolment.

Subsequent corrections of uploads

You can see all your uploads in the online portal ( https://hochschulportal.fh-swf.de/qisserver/pages/cs/sys/portal/hisinoneStartPage.faces?chco=y).

If the university has asked you to subsequently correct your uploads, log in to the application portal. You can then correct your documents directly in the window "Upload for Enrolment Documents". Afterwards, please confirm the correctness of the information and click on "Save".

Requirements for files

Please note the following requirements when uploading files:

  • We only accept PDF files; the upload of other file types is not possible. The file size of individual uploads is limited to a maximum of 1 MB.
  • If you are uploading documents that consist of several pages (e.g. school certificates), please avoid uploading individual pages and merge them into one file.
  • Please ensure that your uploaded documents are of sufficient quality and readable. If they cannot be read or verified, your enrolment may fail.
