Führung und Transformation

Helena Hüster arbeitet als Doktorandin und wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin im Lehrgebiet Führung und Transformation an der Fachhochschule Südwestfalen. Sie unterstützt die Lehre im Studiengang Wirtschaftspsychologie und betreut Abschlussarbeiten im Bereich Wirtschaft und Wirtschaftspsychologie.

Im Rahmen Ihrer Promotion am Promotionskolleg NRW untersucht Helena Geschlechtereffekte in der charismatischen Führung. Ihren Forschungsschwerpunkt legt sie dabei auf der Nutzung charismatischer Führungstaktiken von weiblichen und männlichen Führungskräften, sowie dessen Effektivität und Wahrnehmung. Darüber hinaus beschäftigt sie sich in Praxis- und Forschungsprojekten mit den Themen Führung, Unternehmenskultur und Diversity. Zuvor studierte Helena Wirtschaft sowohl im Bachelor als auch im Master an der Fachhochschule Südwestfalen.
